Fertile Body Focus
Fertile Body Focus
Experiencing fertility problems can make you feel a sense of reduced physical wellbeing. You may be dealing with physical conditions on top of your fertility treatment.
Fertility problems mixed with the added physical conditions could leave you with a lack of self-esteem and trust in your body.
Preparing your environment for a fertile body is a key in building trust and confidence, knowing that you have created a healthy home for your embryo.
On my first cycle of IVF, my husband and I never placed nutrition as a priority. The IVF failed because we were not using good quality eggs and sperm. Changing my attitude towards nourishing my body for fertility was proven in my second cycle. There was a massive improvement with egg and sperm quality.
What will we focus on?
I aim to ensure your nutritional health is at an optimal level to create top-quality eggs and to produce healthy nourishment for your future embryo. Good nutrition benefits your hormone levels and assists any physical conditions affecting fertility.
“People need to know that they have all the tools within themselves. Self-awareness, which means awareness of their body, awareness of their mental space, awareness of their relationships – not only with each other but with life and the ecosystem.” – Deepak Chopra.
Self-awareness and appreciation of your physical form mean you can get in touch with how your body works and operates. It will help to visualise your inner body and how your embryo is developing inside your womb.
The blood supplied to the womb will feed nutrients to your embryo via the blood vessels in your uterine lining. Circulation to your womb and abdominal area is hugely important. Fertility massage will aid good circulation to your womb while breaking down scar tissue and adhesions.

Placing nutrition highly when preparing for fertility treatment has made a difference to my egg quality, I wholeheartedly advise many women to do the same.
